How to register SEPCO Complaints Online
It is possible to file your complaints directly to the Prime Minister of Pakistan. You can do it using the Pakistan Citizen Portal App. But first, you need to download this app. The App can be downloaded from the Google play store using this link.
If you want to register your complaints to the SEPCO Authorities, you can click on this button.
This Button will direct you to an Application Form. You need to fill this form and enter all the necessary information. Then, you need to affirm an Affidavit and enter the security code. After you have filed the entire form, click on “Send.” Once you click on Send, your complaint will be registered.

How to track SEPCO Complaints Online
You can track your SEPCO Complaints online by clicking on this button and then entering your Complaint Number to track it.

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) was formed when the Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) was divided into two parts.
This means that some of the previously under the jurisdiction of HESCO now come under the jurisdiction of SEPCO. SEPCO is responsible for supplying Electric Power to Sukkur, Kamber, Khairpur, Kashmore, Jacobabad, and some portion of Rahim Yar Khan District, Naushehro Feroze portion of Shaheed Benazirabad District, Ghotki, Shikarpur, Larkana, Dadu, and some portion of Jamshoro District.
SEPCO has made the process of filing complaints extremely easy for the people of these areas. The Entire Process has been digitalized so that the SEPCO customers now no longer have to travel to a customer service center or the head office to register their complaints, check the status of complaints they have already filed, or check their complaints history. They can do it online using either a 14-digit Reference Number or a Complaint Number. Not only that, but they can also file their complaints directly to the Prime Minister using the Pakistan Citizen Portal App.
