Step-by-step Process To File Gas Complaint Online With SNGPL
Here are a few easy steps to follow in case you have to file a gas complaint with SNGPL:
Step 1: Go to SNGPL’s official website https://www.sngpl.com.pk/web/.
Step 2: Go to the online services tab and click ‘complaint registration.
Step 3: A complaint form will open up in front of you and the starred fields are mandatory to be filled by the complainer. Out of these fields, complaint category and complaint type are most important to be filled correctly so that it is lodged with the right department and for the desired purpose.
Step 4: At the end of the form there is a unique code that has to be put exactly as it is written to make sure that you are not a web robot.
Once you have lodged the complaint, there is another tab in the online services ‘complaint history, where you can track your complaint or check the complaint history.
