How to file HESCO Online Complaint
If you want to file your complaint to Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU), click on the second button above. The Button will direct you to the Google play store, from where you can download the “Pakistan Citizen Portal” app. You can use this app to file your complaint directly to the Prime Minister.
If you want to file your complaint to the Consumer Complaint Management System (CCMS), click on the first button above. It will direct you to the website *roshanpakistan.pk*. Using this website, you can not only register your complaints online, but you can also track your complaints. Click on *Register your Complaint* to file your complaint online. If you want to track your complaint, then click on *Track Your Complaint*
