  • Firstly, go to their official website pesco.gov.pk
  • Now, move your cursor over the “Media Center” Tab.
  • In the menu that appears, under Customer Service, you will see “Register your Complaints.”
  • Click on “Register Your Complaints”
  • This will take you to the Complaint Registration Form.

Once you have opened the PESCO Complaint Registration Form, follow the steps given below to register your complaint online.

  • Firstly, enter the 14-digit Reference Number of your Electricity Bill in the first top-most field on the left.
  • Then, Enter your Mobile Number without any kind of spaces or a dash (-)
  • Enter your name under Complainant Name.
  • Next, enter the place nearest to where you live.
  • Now, select the nature of your complaint from the drop-down list. The drop-down list has the following options: Line Complaints, Non-Line Complaints, and Leads/Requests.
  • Select the Complaint Type from the drop-down list.
  • Now enter the details of your complaints.
  • If you want to attach any files, you can attach them by clicking on the “Choose File” button
  • Finally, click on “Register Complaint” to register your complaint online.
